Jennifer Belle Saget is an American actress, singer and filmmaker. She is known for her roles as Paige Matthews on the ABC Family series Teen Wolf, as Tina Cohen-Chang on the Showtime series Weeds and as Lisbeth Salander in the film adaptation of the novel The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Belle Saget was born in Sacramento, California. After studying theater at University of the Pacific, Belle made her professional stage debut in a production of Annie Get Your Gun at the age of nineteen. In 2004, she guest starred on an episode of Six Feet Under and got her big break when she was cast in Teen Wolf as Paige Matthews. Since then, Belle has appeared in films including Weeds (2005), The Prince & Me (2007), Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married Too? Jennifer Belle Saget is an American actress, model and singer. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Estelle (née Belle), a nurse and therapist, and Richard Saget, a psychiatric social worker. Her parents divorced when she was three years old, and she and her brother were raised by their mother in the Philadelphia area. Saget has stated she does not have any memories of her father. At the age of six, she moved with her mother to Monterey Park, California. There, she began modeling at the suggestion of a photographer who took her picture for a contest. She also appeared in several commercials before landing her first role on an episode of the soap opera Another World as Stephanie Holden in 1989. She made regular appearances on the show until its cancellation in 1991. Saget’s film debut came in 1993 with Thirteen Moons opposite Kevin Costner. She later had small roles in films such as “Clueless” and “Halloween H20”. In 2001, Saget made her breakthrough starring role as Kimmy Schmidt on the sitcom series “Kimmy Schmidt”. Since then she has appeared in various films including “House of Lies”, “The Catcher Was Me”, “Sister Act 2” and “The Hurricane Heist”.
