- Position the palm of your other hand down and spread your fingers fully.
- Wrap the cloth around your wrist tightly but not to cause any discomfort. Wrapping three times is advised.
- Now move the wrap towards the thumb and then again towards the wrist. Repeat this process at least three times.

- Now, bring the wrap back to the wrist and give it one more round.
- Bring the hand wrap from the wrist to the part between the middle and ring finger.
